4th Step Of The Blind Pig & The Acorn’s Pickle Along

Today’s step is easy peasy. Drain liquid from cucumbers and discard. Pour 1 gallon of boiling water over cucumbers, replace weights, cover, and let sit overnight.

Tomorrow-we finally make the yummy syrup that goes in the pickles.
