Hi Tipper and Acorns. TY so much for your readings Tipper. I look Forward to all of your videos and blog posts. Our little weekly newspaper, The Tomahawk, ain’t what it used to be. Some news outfit bought it after the hometown folks that owned it died. No more “Shady Valley Goin’s On” cause Mrs. Bowling died too. The man that was the historian for the county died, so his articles won’t be there either. We hardly get news from the county and city government meetings. Since my BFF died, I don’t hear about anything going on in our community. She knew everybody’s business. It was all kind of like gossip anyway. I keep everyone here and up Wilson Holler in my prayers. TY for allowing me to pray for you. It brings me joy to go to our LORD to ask for HIS Grace, Mercy and Blessings for all of us. HE loves our prayers and praises. I love y’all.
I have heard people say similar things about making or being in the paper. I can remember a time before today’s technology when a newspaper was the main source of news and information for many. Now many of the local newspapers in my area have went out of business. I once enjoyed getting my newspaper each day and could help pay for it by the coupons that were in the Sunday edition, but now it is old news by the time it gets printed in the paper and I don’t know about having coupons but don’t see anyone using coupons in the grocery store like they once did.
