Now I want to thank you &all the BP&A family for a year ful of information & enjoyment. Reading to us on Friday has been a special treat.

Happy New Year Everyone! Today has been a wonderfully blessed day. I cooked up a lot of the traditional foods, they all turned out real good! My family members came and enjoyed the meal and precious time with us. We are all well, healthy, and happy, and are members of the Family of God, because of our Lord and Savior. Today I don’t have room in my heart for any kind of bad ways, even though I realize the world is full of evil. Today is the day the Lord has made, and I will rejoice and be glad in it. I’m thankful for the BP&A and for the Presleys and Wilsons. What a good difference you’ve all made in my life. Thank you for the laughter, happy tears, sharing, good recipes, reading to me, and all the good things you’ve shared! Ya’all sure are good workers! I love you all very very much. May the Lord bless you all real real good.

I had the stomach bug yesterday so no partying for me or hubby. I am better today. Just drank some bone broth and am feeling fine. I watched the girls “driving in the South” new year’s video. That was great. They are so delightful and candid. May you all have a great year, great weather, great health, great gardens and a wonderful time ahead with the wedding. Nannic

I began watching your videos on YouTube at the beginning of covid, Tipper, although I have never left a comment. It just seems right to leave you one today at the beginning of the year and tell you how much I look forward to your posts and your families’ posts.
I garden, can, love the ocean, and love the mountains. My husband and I went to college at Western Carolina ages ago and we live in the high country, so I am familiar with places that you talk about.
Thank you for your channel and BP&A, they ground me in these uncertain days.
I absolutely love Friday nights when I can “check back in with Louisa”! Since we are coming to the end of the book, I am hoping that you choose another to continue this weekly chapter reading. I had forgotten how much I loved being read to.
Happy New Year to the family and I can’t wait to hear the wedding plans which is happening on my birthday, March 12!

Happy New Year to the BP gang, and may the coming year bring you more blessings than you can count. Happy New Year to all the readers I have had the pleasure of sharing comments with. It takes a great group of people to love their roots in Appalachia enough to hunt up a blog that is totally dedicated to celebrating all the good that is our beautiful Appalachia.

I am excited about the days ahead! I don’t have any New Year’s resolutions, I am just continuing to make each new day the best that I can! Life will always have its peaks and valleys. I do like to have a general plan for projects that I am doing. Written goals, and the steps I need to take to reach them, gives me clarity for my daily to-do lists, and those keep me moving in the direction I want to be going. I look forward to each new day because it is a fresh start. Everyday has joy in it, even when I have to look a little harder for something to be thankful for on a not so good day. There is always something to be found that is truly a blessing. Thank you for your hard work, Tipper! You, your family, and the people who comment on all three of your family’s channels and this blog, are daily blessings to me. Happy New Year! God is so good. Without Him, I would have nothing. He is truly my Rock and my Salvation. My abundance in life is from Him. My true riches are not tangible by the world’s view. Eternity in Heaven with Him is where my wealth lies. And that is what makes everyday exciting to walk through!

    Donna. : )
