A few months ago the girls recorded a video of the old gospel song “Thank You Lord.”

KATIE Y I ENJOYED YOUR DEVOTION. ABOUT DOING GOOD AND GOING TO HEAVEN. AS A MORTAL MAN I TRY TO TELL EVERYONE THAT SATAN NEVER SLEEPS OR TAKES A VACATION. SO MANY PROPLE PROFESS TO BE A CHRISTIAN BUT THERE IS SO MUCH SIN ALL AROUND THE WORLD. TO BECOME A CHRISTIAN, WE HAVE TO ACCEPT GOD AS OUR SAVIOR. SOMETIMES I AM DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND I THANK GOD THAT I AM PHYSICALLY ABLE TO DRIVE MY VEHICLE. IN 2017 I HAD A HEART SILENT HEART ATTACK. THE HEART SURGEON TOLD ME AFTERPER PERFORMING A TRIPLE BYPASS THE NEXT DAY THE SURGEON TOLD ME YOU HAD WHAT WE CALL A WIDOWMAKER. I SAID DOCTOR DID YOU FEEL GOD HAND HELPING YOU WITH THE SCAPEL. HE DIDN’T ANSWER ME BUT LEFT THE ICU. AS I LAY THERE ONE NIGHT, I KNEW THE NURSES WERE WATCHING, ME. SO I SPOKE UP AND ASKED AM I IN HEAVEN OR STILL ON EARTH. AT THE TIME I WAS 77 YEARS OLD. A NURSE TOUCHED MY FOREARM AND SAID MR. SMITH YOU ARE IN MERCY HOSPITAL IN CREVE COEUR AND ARE VERY MUCH ALIVE. KATIE AS I LAY THERE, I REALLY DIDN’T CARE. I HAVE BEEN A CHRISTIAN AND WAS BAPTISED IN MY YOUTH. AND ALTHOUGH I DIDN’T WANT TO LEAVE MY TWO SONS, I WAS READY TO MEET MY MAKER. I AM NOW ALMOST 83 YEARS OLD AND I LOVE GOD AND JESUS MORE EVERY DAY. I PRAY FOR WHATS LEFT OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS EVERY NIGHT. ALSO, ONR NIGHT IN ICU A CLOUD FLOATED OVER MY BED AND TWO ANGELS EMERGED OUT OF THE CLOUD THEY WERE SMALL AT FIRST BUT AS THEY SURROUNDED ME IN THEIR WHITE GOWNS THE FEMALE PINCHED MY ARM JUST ABOVE MY ELBOW AND THEN PINCHED ME JUST ABOVE MY HEEL. THE MALE DID THE SAME THING YO THE TIGHT SIDE OF MY BODY THEN YHE RETURNED TO THE CLOUD AND IN A SPLIT SECOND THE CLOUD DISAPPEARED TO THE LEFT OF ME WHERE A GLASS WINDOW WAS. I WAS NOT HALLUCINATING. I SAW BOTH OF THEM ALTHOUGH THEY DIDN’T SPEAK. LATER I TOLD MY DOCTOR AND HE IMMEDIATELY SAID ALLEN YOUR WIFE KAREN SENT THOSE ANGELS TO REASSURE YOU WERE GOING TO LIVE. IT WAS NOT AN OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE. BUT IT HAPPENED. ABOUT AN HOUR OR SO LATER I SAID GOD THAMK YOU BUT IF YOU ARE READY FOR ME I AM READY TO GO. YO ME THAT WAS A MIRACLE AND I KNOW THAT GOD HAS A PITPOSE FOR MR. KATIE, I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU AND YOUR SISTER, AND ENJOY THE MUSIC THE TWO OF YOU ARE VERY GOOD PLAYING YOUR MUSIC. Tipper- Corie and Katie are both beautiful inside and out. I couldn’t help but sing along with them this morning. They are an inspiration to everyone that hears their singing and playing.
Wow! Such Beautiful voices. Man that gave me goosebumps. Takes me back to when my dad was Pastoring in a little country church. You have such an amazing family that is clearly blessed and anointed by God. Thank you Mrs. Pressley for sharing your family and Culture with the world. One of your girls shared the gospel and Plan of Salvation on YouTube the other day, and it was in the most genuine and heartwarming way. It was so pure. You are truly blessed and have His Favor. It’s so inspiring to see.

Such rich and meaningful words. James 1:17. I do not think I have heard this before their video. Beautifully sung and played. I too needed to hear that today. It also reminds me of the song on the Live To Never Die CD, Not the Servant I Should Be, where Mr. Wilson speaks in the middle, there is great thankfulness in there as well, really makes me stop to realize ultimately how He has provided for eternity with Him. Everything else is extra. Isaiah 52:7. Thank you for this worship song today.

i so needed this song today…i’m sure thats why the Lord led you to post it today. I just found out this past week I have ovarian cancer that has spread to the liver. I don’t even know which hospital will get me in first but its looking like UVA which i’m really ok with… i’ve been driving my friend there since Aug for his chemo treatments and my mom was treated there in 1988,,
thank you so much for posting and for everyone out there who’s a prayer warrior please lift me up in prayer as i start this journey,,,

Father, we come to You on behalf of Becky. We know You are already working on her behalf and that You love her more than anyone. We ask that You guide her to the right doctors and that whatever path she chooses to fight this that You give her a very deep peace. Walk with Becky and carry her when needed. We pray when she lays down her mind is at peace because she knows You are in control of this. If it be Your will we ask for complete healing in Your mighty Name! Lord, You care about all the things that matter to us, even unto the smallest of things. Lord grant her the desires of her heart according to Your riches in glory. Father we will not fail to give You all the glory for Becky’s complete healing! You are still in the miracle business and let us be about Your business and share in one another’s burden. Becky, I will lift you up to our faithful Sovereign God. Asking Him for every detail to be worked out, and for you according to Romans 15:13 and Psalm 91:1 that He would give you the strength, peace and direction every day and night, and deep restoring restful sleep. May you feel His presence especially close to you.

Everything else pales when compared to the one and true living God freely giving his one and only Son’s life to save us from our sins. God’s saving power overcomes all the evil powers of this world. The amazing thing is that God’s saving grace is free to all who will repent and accept Jesus’ shed blood which covers the sins of the world.
Jesus arose from death, is alive, and one day He will return and claim His own.

What a blessing listening to this it’s so true, we take so much for granted. Love your whole family what a blessing you ALL have been and still are!! So grateful to have something to watch and look forward too watching someone who knows about our Heavenly Father and can really feel it inside when you all talk, sing and just talk you know it’s really real when you can feel it!!!
