  4. Merry Christmas! Had a Christmas blessing late this afternoon. They released my husband from storm duty (he works for the power company as a mechanic) and he finally got to come home. We did not do our gift exchanging yet. Our girls opted to wait until tomorrow morning. We thought he would not be home until 11:30pm tomorrow night and everyone was getting a little teary eyed (and one girl isn’t feeling well, on top of it all).
Got to go to a real Midnight Mass last night & it was a most magical, beautiful, moving & precious ceremony that brought us all to tears. Jesus; the real gift of the season! Hope you all had a beautiful holiday.
